BLUE BELL LIBRARY MEDIA CENTER CELEBRATION BOOKS
If you would like to contribute a book to Blue Bell Library in honor of your child or another special person, please access the request the form by clicking below. After printing the form, complete it and return with payment to our librarian, Dr. Ruff. On the basis of the information you provide, Dr. Ruff will select a book to purchase which matches your child's interests and enhances the library collection. A plate with the special person's picture and/or reason for celebration will be put in the book and the child will be the first to borrow the book. Summer birthdays may be included at any time.
A Celebration Book costs $15.00. All request forms should be turned in as near to the beginning of each school year as possible, regardless of when the celebration occurs. Please include payment with the request form. Checks may be made payable to the Wissahickon School District. If you have any questions, please call Dr. Ruff at (215) 619-8349. Reasons to donate a celebration book could include birthdays, graduations, births or any other special reason you may have.
